This development is a mixture of detached houses, townhouses and apartments on the edge of Kilkenny City. There are four storeys of apartments over an underground car park. This five storey building sits on a reinforced raft foundation with in-situ concrete basement walls. The superstructure consists of precast concrete slabs on load-bearing masonry walls. These walls have been strengthened with capping beams to meet the progressive collapse requirements of the building regulations and masonry design codes.

The housing units are of standard construction but piles and ground beams have been used under two of the detached houses which sit on an in-filled quarry. The builders were Clancy Construction, and local architects Dalton and O’Donnell designed the project.
